 Johnstone Supply Dothan is a locally owned wholesale Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration (HVACR) Distributor.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Outside Sales. This position will be assigned to the Dothan, AL, and Panama City, FL, Markets.

Responsibilities:

·         Generate sales of HVAC equipment, and ancillary supplies in the assigned territory

·         Maintain productive relationships with existing customers

·         Develop new customers

·         Identify the most opportune customers, map zones, create efficient call plans, obtain     customer agreements, and grow sales revenue and profit with assigned accounts

·         Other duties as assigned

Education:

·         BA/BS degree with at least 2 years of HVAC selling experience required --- degree requirement may be waived for commensurate experience

Qualifications

·         Demonstrated historical performance in HVAC B2B sales and business development

·         HVAC industry experience highly preferred

·         Problem solver with a sense of urgency

·         PC literacy required

·         Highly motivated and disciplined

·         Strong business acumen

·         Strong communication and presentation skills
