OPPORTUNITY:

Are you self-motivated? Like to work in a team environment? Like a challenge? We are looking for a candidate who possesses excellent sales skills with documented successful sales experience . Direct experience in the HVAC/R industry is not necessary, but experience in a similar sales environment or tiered distribution experience is helpful.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Call on HVAC/R Contractors within the Paducah KY, Dyersburg TN and Cape Girardeau MO markets, both in person and over the phone
• Continuously maintain and grow profitable relationships with customers
• Actively prospect for new accounts
• Maximize sales potential with existing customers
• Work independently to grow business within territory
• Work with the inside sales team as needed to grow sales with specific customers
• Help develop and execute sales strategies for inside sales team
• Be self-motivated and have the desire to go above and beyond for our customers, while contributing to the bottom line
